Account Executive
Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the IT service industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the latest technology trends and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and securing contracts or purchase orders (POs). Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our Learning Path program, an initiative focused on transforming students into data and AI professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and networking.
- Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable IT service solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Product Sales: Promote and sell the Learning Path program to educational institutions, training centers, and other relevant organizations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Understanding: Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide clients with the most relevant and innovative solutions.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts in the CRM for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT sales preferably within the IT service industry.
- Familiarity with IT products, solutions, and industry trends.
- Experience or familiarity with Data and AI solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex IT solutions and their benefits.
- Comfortable and effective in engaging with academic institutions and representing the company in educational settings.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation or Salary
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Salary: 25k – 30K
