Microsoft Sales Manager
Job Overview:
The Microsoft Sales Manager will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our Microsoft partner ecosystem. This role includes understanding the requirements, leveraging partnership benefits, and overseeing both pre- and post-sales activities to optimize our collaboration with Microsoft. The role also involves active selling, lead generation, and client management to maximize our partnership’s effectiveness and profitability. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing Microsoft partnerships and a strong sales management background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with Microsoft to align with ThirdEye Data’s sales strategy and partnership goals.
- Assist in understanding and acquiring necessary Microsoft certifications and competencies to enhance our partnership status.
- Drive sales initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem, including identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and closing deals.
- Generate and qualify new leads within the Microsoft ecosystem to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Oversee post-sales activities to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction, acting as a liaison between our team and Microsoft.
- Facilitate training for our sales team on Microsoft products, solutions, and partnership benefits.
- Analyze market trends and Microsoft’s strategic directions to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance, sales activities, and market developments to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least some experience managing Microsoft partnerships and a solid understanding of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem.

- Strong track record in sales management with experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft’s certification requirements, benefits, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and Microsoft representatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, performance metrics, and partnership effectiveness.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications or further education is a plus.
