Project Management Principles

ThirdEye usually manages entire projects based on the following principles:

  • ThirdEye leverages Scrum methodologies and Agile development methods for implementing projects managed by a certified Scrum Master.
  • ThirdEye defines Epics, User Stories, and Tasks for each Sprint of 2 weeks (preferred) while collaborating with the Client’s team.
  • Project plans, sprints, and stories are tracked using Jira, Zoho Projects, or Microsoft Project.
  • All technical documentation is managed in Google Drive, Confluence, or Microsoft Teams. 
  • There are twice-a-week stand-up meetings with the Client’s team members.
  • Project Status updates are provided every week by Friday EOD.
  • All timesheets are made ready for approval by Friday EOD.
  • The Client always has the complete contact information of all ThirdEye team members and can contact them at any time during regular working hours. 
  • Web Conferencing tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams are used for all work meetings.
  • In-person meetings can also be organized if requested by the Client.
  • The Client is always provided with an escalation hierarchy to ensure complete transparency.

All of the above items can be customized as per the Client’s demands.
