Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy conversational AI systems, including ChatGPT-style interfaces, for
  industrial use cases.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven interfaces into existing systems.
• Create intuitive, user-friendly chat interfaces that provide actionable insights from IoT
  and ML systems.
• Optimize and test conversational models for performance and reliability.
• Conduct research to improve natural language understanding (NLU) and generation
  (NLG).
  Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related
  field.
• 5+ years of experience in building conversational AI systems.
• Strong expertise in NLP frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API).
• Experience in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs for real-world applications.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and transfer learning techniques.
  Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of integrating conversational AI with IoT platforms.
• Hands-on experience with chat interface design and deployment.
• Familiarity with industrial data systems and AI-driven dashboards
