For each such meeting, they have to go over many sales collaterals, presentations, decks, financial information etc. The Chatbot that ThirdEye developed for these field salesperson identifies all such documents that would probably be needed for every meeting. It learns about the meetings from the person’s calendar, and then collects, organizes, and presents all needed documents in a timely manner. It also pulls out all relevant tax-related and financial information as needed. This Chatbot was developed on the Azure Bot Framework and Azure Cognitive Services. This Chatbot has been a huge productivity boost and has already earned rave reviews!
