  • Current reliance on manual telephonic sales processes fails to leverage technological advancements for enhancing sales and operational efficiency.
  • Existing tech stack, such as SAP S4 HANA and Microsoft 365, are underutilized for predictive analytics and advanced data integration.

The customer desires ThirdEye to develop an AI-powered integrated system capable of deriving actionable insights from their unstructured data, forecasting market demands, and recommending effective sales strategies.

THE SOLUTION

To address these challenges and meet the business requirements, ThirdEye proposed a phased AI implementation strategy, starting with a comprehensive due diligence phase. This initial stage involved the ThirdEye team collaborating closely with the customer to meticulously plan the scope and architecture of the solution. Additionally, prototype solutions were developed to instill confidence among stakeholders.

Post due diligence, ThirdEye implemented rule-based suggestions and insights within the selected AI application, reflecting the scope determined during the due-diligence phase. In the next phase, the team enhanced the AI capabilities by incorporating external data sources such as market trends, economic indicators, and web data to refine predictions and recommendations for demand and sales.

After constructing a robust AI algorithm and conducting multiple model training sessions, a fully integrated AI system capable of making informed predictions to optimize inventory and sales strategies was delivered to the customers and their stakeholders. ThirdEye is now providing post-deployment support to the customer, including system training.

The phased development approach includes:
