Developed a next-generation order management system for a leading oilfield equipment and services provider. The objective was to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer engagement, and streamline supplier collaboration within the complex oil & gas supply chain.



The existing order management system presented significant challenges that hindered operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. These included:

  • Limited visibility into order status and location tracking: Difficulty in pinpointing the exact location of shipments and delays in updates created logistical hurdles.

  • Customer Image Recognition: Allows customers to upload images for product identification, simplifying the ordering process. Computer vision technology analyzes uploaded images and matches them against the product database, eliminating the need for exact part numbers or descriptions.

  • Automated Customer Follow-Up: Utilizes a CRM system with automated reminders assisted by natural language processing (NLP) to analyze customer interactions and identify potential follow-up opportunities, freeing up sales teams to focus on building relationships.
