Job Summary: As a Salesforce Data Quality Analyst/Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data within Salesforce. You will develop and implement data quality standards, conduct regular data audits, and collaborate with various teams to enhance data governance practices. Your role will involve analyzing data discrepancies, managing data cleansing activities, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce data quality standards and best practices within Salesforce.
• Perform regular data audits and identify data integrity issues.
• Create and implement data cleansing and enrichment strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and resolve data-related issues.
• Design and execute data validation and verification processes.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics and trends.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management practices.
• Lead data migration and integration efforts to ensure seamless data transition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven 5- 10 years of experience with Salesforce data management and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
• Proficiency in Salesforce data tools, such as Data Loader and Salesforce Inspector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes is a plus.
