Following are the activities that ThirdEye would be performing in this phase: 

Discussions with Stakeholders 

 
During this Due-Diligence Phase,  ThirdEye works with stakeholders to understand their business & technical requirements, goals, and visions. ThirdEye undertakes a very “hands-on” and “look-under-the-covers” approach and ask pertinent questions in interviews with respective stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of Clients’s existing data and analytics infrastructure. This assessment would encompass a close examination of data sources, storage systems, data governance policies, data quality, and data integration processes.  

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) 

 
An analysis of the different types of data, such as structured, unstructured, and semi-structured, would be performed in this phase. A thorough Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) is performed on the available data to gain insights. Generally available Python packages are used for EDA.     

Develop the Complete Project Plan 

 
Based on the findings of all the above activities, ThirdEye would then be able to develop the complete project plan that includes the various phases of the project, the tech stack to be used, the various algorithms to be used, the team members needed to execute the project, the tenure of the project, and the charges for this project. ThirdEye would present the plan to Client’s stakeholders, and the next steps would be formalized based on Client’s dictates.
