ThirdEye Data launches 3 new Open Source solutions for Anomaly Detection and Predictive Analytics

Over the past 20 years, the Open Source Software (OSS) movement has given developers and programmers the freedom to experiment, innovate, and become more efficient. Part of the digital transformation that’s been facilitated by OSS has also allowed programmers to leverage Machine Learning to develop vital solutions for Anomaly Detection and Predictive Analytics. And so, ThirdEye Data has decided it’s time to make its own contribution to the OSS community by giving away 3 Artificial Intelligence-powered Open Source Software solutions, that help businesses gain Anomaly Detection and Predictive Analytics capabilities.

Anomaly Detection in Web Server Logs

ThirdEye’s solution allows companies to gain hidden insights into their websites that would otherwise require up to ten times the effort and significant costs, through this one-click deployable solution for Anomaly Detection in web server logs. Available on the Microsoft Azure cloud, this solution persists on the Azure Blob Storage, leverages Azure Data factory for orchestrating the whole end-to-end data processing pipeline, and gets the data ready at the end of the pipeline, using interacting PowerBI dashboards.

The base solution, which is deployable on the Microsoft Azure cloud in less than 10 minutes, is available to the open source community. Any customizations will incur additional charges, and Microsoft Azure charges are billed separately. And of course, further functionality added to the OSS by ThirdEye are available to the customer at no additional charge.

Anomaly Detection using Apache Spark

This solution is an Apache Spark-based Anomaly Detection implementation for data quality, cyber security, fraud detection, and other such business use cases. The Machine Learning algorithms with advanced analytics processes not only detect anomalies and outliers, but also predict upcoming possible anomalies in the future. The included statistical models are Z score, Robust Z score, Multivariate Non Parametric Distribution and Univariate Non Parametric Distribution.

Predictive Analytics Solution

This is an out-of-the-box, fully deployable predictive analytics solution that enables organizations to incorporate the power of Big Data, AI and Machine Learning (ML) technologies for mobile devices.

This solution integrates multiple services (both native and third-party) available in the Amazon AWS marketplace. It uses Machine Learning models for performing Predictive Analytics. The solution has built-in analytical dashboards for visualizations.

ThirdEye is committed to continuing to build, develop, and support these 3 OSS offerings, while also creating more such offerings in the near future. For a nominal charge, we will also provide enterprise-grade products on top of the OSS offered, consulting services, and training on how to run, repair and build on the solution itself.
