Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present, promote, and sell IT solutions, products, and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct effective product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in IT or technology sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services (software, cloud solutions, etc.).
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Compensation
Salary – 2 LPA + Incentives
