Infrastructure — We Manage, You Control

ThirdEye Data designs, deploys, and optimizes the cloud infrastructure required for every AI engagement. We work within your client’s existing Azure, AWS, or GCP environment, or your own, if you’re a cloud MSP. We can also share our infrastructure if needed, but the infrastructure costs are always presented as a transparent, separate line item so your client retains full visibility and cost control as their AI usage scales. We never bundle or absorb infrastructure into our delivery pricing.

Hardware — Your Vendors, Our Specs

ThirdEye Data is a software and AI delivery company. We do not procure, install, or take ownership of hardware. Where hardware is required, like edge compute, cameras, servers, or IoT sensors, we provide detailed technical specifications and work closely with your client’s or your own preferred hardware vendors to ensure seamless integration with our AI layer. If you need a recommendation, we can make introductions to vendors we have worked with across our prior engagements.

What tier should we start with?

Most new partners begin at Associate — it's designed for firms entering their first AI engagements and offers a co-delivery model where both teams work together. You progress to Premier once you have completed two or more engagements, and to Elite as deal volume and complexity mature. There's no time pressure; the tier reflects your pipeline, not a clock.

Who handles infrastructure costs?

Infrastructure costs like cloud compute, storage, APIs are always the client's or partner's responsibility, but we can co-sell also with our set-up but billed directly to the cloud account. ThirdEye manages and optimizes the infrastructure but does not absorb it. Every proposal clearly separates AI Delivery from Infrastructure, so there are no surprises for anyone.

What if our clients want to meet the technical team?

At Associate tier, ThirdEye participates visibly as your extended team, which actually strengthens your positioning as a full-service provider. At Premier and Elite tiers, we can join specific technical calls as your internal AI group if needed. We've navigated this successfully with dozens of established firms.

How involved does our team need to be in delivery?

As much or as little as you prefer. Associate partners tend to work closely alongside our team. Premier and Elite partners often prefer we handle full delivery while they focus on client relationship management. We adapt entirely to your operating model.

What does the AI value capture percentage mean?

It represents ThirdEye Data's share of the AI Delivery component of each project, not the total project value. Infrastructure and cloud costs are always a separate, transparent line item. ThirdEye's share reflects full ownership of AI architecture, build risk, and delivery accountability — the most complex, highest-value part of the engagement.

What about hardware — cameras, servers, edge devices?

ThirdEye Data does not procure or install hardware. We provide precise technical specifications and work alongside your client's preferred hardware vendors to ensure our AI layer integrates seamlessly. If your client needs a vendor recommendation, we can facilitate introductions based on prior engagement experience.

How do you protect our client relationship?

All partner agreements include non-circumvention clauses preventing ThirdEye Data from approaching your clients directly, and full NDAs covering client data, project scope, and engagement details. Your client relationship remains exclusively and permanently yours.

Which cloud platforms do you support?

We are an active partner of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, with co-sell status across all three. We deliver cloud-native AI on whichever platform your client already uses. Premier and Elite partners also gain access to our co-sell pipeline through these ecosystems.
