At ThirdEye Data, we believe in striking the perfect balance between hard work and well-deserved celebrations. Our recent office outing from 21st to 23rd February 2025 at Dandeli was a testament to this philosophy.  

The entire India team, with members from various locations including Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Ghaziabad, Chennai, Vadagol, Mugalkhod, Chikodi, Dharwad, Varanasi, Ranchi, and Jamshedpur, came together for an unforgettable experience filled with adventure, bonding, and knowledge sharing.

Our retreat took place at the scenic Starling River Resort, nestled along the banks of the beautiful Kali River. The tranquil surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for team bonding and relaxation. It was not just an outing; it was a celebration of our achievements in 2024-25, bringing together our diverse team members under one roof. 

Adding to the excitement, DJ Das, Founder & CEO of ThirdEye Data, flew in from San Jose, California, to meet and celebrate with the India team, making the event even more special.

One of the most exciting parts of our adventure was the wildlife safari. As we ventured deep into the forest, we were immersed in the untouched beauty of nature. The safari gave us an opportunity to witness exotic wildlife in their natural habitat, from majestic deer and vibrant birds to the footprints of black panther. The serenity of the jungle, combined with the thrill of spotting rare species, made this experience truly unforgettable.

We also embarked on an exciting hiking expedition through the jungle trails, exploring the lush greenery and experiencing the thrill of trekking through the wilderness. The scenic trek offered breathtaking views, challenging paths, and moments of serenity amidst nature. It was a refreshing experience that allowed us to connect with nature and unwind from the daily hustle.

For those seeking an adrenaline rush, the river rafting experience on the Kali River was an absolute highlight. The team took on the turbulent rapids, navigating through the powerful currents with determination and teamwork. The sense of accomplishment after conquering the rapids was exhilarating, and the experience reinforced the importance of coordination and resilience—values that resonate with our work culture at ThirdEye Data.

Evenings at the resort were equally engaging. We gathered around the bonfire, where conversations flowed freely, laughter filled the air, and camaraderie was at its peak. What made the night even more special was the spontaneous singing session by our team members. The synchronization, energy, and passion in their voices were mesmerizing, creating an unforgettable atmosphere under the starlit sky. Moments like these highlight the strong bond we share at ThirdEye Data.

After an adventure-packed weekend, we shifted gears to an equally important mission—sharing knowledge and shaping the future of budding professionals. On 23rd February, we visited KLS VDIT College to conduct an interactive session as part of our Learning Path Program. 

The Learning Path Program at ThirdEye Data is designed to transform young graduates into industry-ready Data & AI professionals through hands-on, live project experience. During the session, our team engaged with students and faculty members, discussing the latest trends in AI, real-world applications, and the evolving career opportunities in data science. We shared insights from our experience, helping students understand the gap between academia and industry expectations. 

The enthusiasm and curiosity of the students were inspiring. We conducted live demos, explained how AI-driven solutions are reshaping industries, and provided valuable guidance on upskilling to stay ahead in this dynamic field. It was an enriching experience, reinforcing our commitment to nurturing future talent in the data and AI space.

Post completing the KLS VDIT session, the entire team made a visit to our Hubli office, strengthening our connection with colleagues based there. It was a great opportunity to engage with the local team, discuss ongoing projects, and celebrate our collective successes. The visit reaffirmed our collaborative spirit and the unified vision we share at ThirdEye Data.
